SFX Introduction

in our subscription databases lately?
SFX is a service that links our separate electronic resources together.
For instance - in the database ATLA, you will find only abstracts for
articles from the American Journal of Sociology. However, we have
full-text access to that journal through the JSTOR database.
Because of SFX, users can go straight from a citation in ATLA to
the full-text in JSTOR.
This does not mean we own everything for which the SFX button
appears. However, SFX greatly enhances the access to our
full-text resources, including our thousands of ejournal
subscriptions.
