General Information


The Program in Applied Linguistics at Boston University provides a solid foundation in linguistic theory and offers students the chance to study a wide range of topics in theoretical, descriptive, and applied areas of linguistics. Faculty and graduate student research spans a wide range of topics in linguistic theory and practice, described in more detail on our home page links. In addition to the Ph.D., we also offer a Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics.
