Each room is equipped with high-speed Internet and cable television access at no additional charge. Apartments are normally three-bedroom suites, with each bedroom shared by two students, and include full kitchens and dining and living areas. The center also contains a newsroom featuring the latest digital technology for both print and broadcast.

The center is situated near the majority of Washington, DC government agencies and bureaus, national and international cultural attractions, and national historical landmarks.
