Intersession and Intersession Holidays
Winter Intersession Closing begins at 12:01 a.m., Monday, December 24, 2007, and ends on Tuesday, January 1, 2008, at midnight. Medical Campus employees will follow a modified schedule for that area. Christmas Day will be observed on Tuesday, December 25, 2007. New Year's Day will be observed on Tuesday, January 1, 2008.
Non-Represented Employees
For information regarding holiday pay and compensatory time off, non-represented employees scheduled to work these days should consult the Personnel Policy Manual. Questions concerning this schedule and related policies and procedures should be referred to your Employee Relations Representative.
Represented Employees
For information regarding holiday pay and compensatory time off, represented employees should consult their collective bargaining agreements, which govern time off and pay for Holidays and Intersessions. Questions concerning this schedule and related policies and procedures should be referred to your Employee Relations Representative.
