Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
Beginning September 1, 2009, Boston University implemented a new policy regarding parents and the 1974 Buckley Amendment, better known as FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act). The University will no longer discuss the details of student academic records with parents. Please visit the Registrar's website for more information.
