Computing Resources

Boston University's Information Technology department provides computing facilities and Internet services, including e-mail, for students, faculty, and staff. The Arts & Sciences Computing Services Group provides computing facilities in labs on the third floor of the Arts & Sciences building at 685 Commonwealth Avenue, as well as technical support and equipment.

Libraries

Mugar Memorial Library is the main research library on the Charles River Campus and the primary library for study, teaching, and research in the humanities and social sciences for Boston University. There are several specialized branch libraries within the Mugar system: the African Studies Library, the Astronomy Library, the Beebe Communications Library, the Frederick S. Pardee Management Library, the Music Library, the Pickering Educational Resources Library,and the Science & Engineering Library.

The University also has several other major libraries: the Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Library, the Pappas Law Library, the Medical Library, the School of Theology Library, and the Stone Science Library.
