CD ORDER FORMS...
BUTI's 2008 Summer Season was truly unforgettable and we invite you to take it with you! CD orders can be made by downloading this CD Order Form (.pdf), completing and mailing it back to BUTI at 855 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston MA 02215. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and delivery... Enjoy!
Grades and Transcripts...
Grade reports and transcripts will NOT be automatically sent out to students. All transcript requests must go through the Boston University Office of the Registrar. Students in the Young Artists Vocal Program can request a further breakdown of their grade from our office.
Private Lesson Payments...
A new invoice will be sent out in September for those who took part in Applied Lessons at Tanglewood. All payments should be made to Boston University and sent to Student Accounting Services, just as tuition payment. All necessary information will be listed on your invoice.
