Frank Shorr

Frank Shorr teaches sports broadcasting, runs a seminar on sports journalism and, during the summer, continues as executive director in his highly successful Boston University Sports Institute. In 2001, he concluded a 21-year stint as Executive Editor of Sports for WHDH, where he won eight Emmy awards. He has served as an adjunct professor of journalism and as director of the sports institute for many years before joining the faculty full-time. He has a B.S. in Business and Masters degree in Film and Television, both from BU.
