Personal Computing
OIT's Personal Computing Support Center (PCSC) supports students, faculty, and staff in the use of personal computers. The PCSC's help desk (617-353-7272) is in room B19 at 111 Cummington Street. The PCSC's tutorial classroom is at 100 Cummington Street.

Web Publishing
OIT's Networked Information Services (NIS) provides web services and instruction to the students, faculty, staff, and departments at Boston University. NIS provides support services for Courseware and all aspects of publishing on the BU Web, including forms, graphics, database publishing, multimedia, and site design and review. NIS also provides consulting services.

Central Computing
The Central Consulting group of the Office of Information Technology (OIT) is dedicated to helping students, faculty, and staff use Boston University's central e-mail services and UNIX-based applications on ACS (the Academic Computing System). The central help desk (617-353-2784) is located in the main PC computing lab in the basement of 111 Cummington Street. At that location there is also a small facility for self-paced training and scanning. The central help desk is open seven days a week.
