Participants may register for the Online Seminar using
the Registration Form on the particular seminar's outline page.

Required seminar materials also may be purchased on the Registration
Form.

Participants will be asked to submit a seminar entry
form to create a unique username and password for access to the
Online Seminar.

Once the participants are given the Online Seminar access, no refunds may be given.

An instruction, competency test or assignment will be sent to
participants by regular mail.

Upon completion of the Online Seminar,
participants will send test or seminar assignment back to Boston
University for scoring.

For the Online Seminars in the Skills of Psychiatric Rehabilitation,
if your score on the test is 70% or better, Boston University will
send you a certificate indicating that you have been awarded the
designated PDP Hours. If you do not pass the test, there will be
no charge to retake the test.

For other seminars, after the assignment and/or evaluation
form is
received, you will be awarded a certificate for the designated PDP
hours.

Your PDP hours will be kept on record in the PDP database.
