About the Educational Resource Center
The ERC provides academic support programs to the Boston University community. We work with students across colleges and disciplines, helping them meet their academic goals and excel in their studies.

The ERC offers Peer Tutoring, the Writing Center, Language Link conversation groups, Organic Chemistry Preparatory Course (Orgo Prep), Workshops, and the Contingent Aid Program. The ERC professional staff is also available to meet with students individually to develop a personalized plan for academic success and/or to assist them in developing specific skills. These services are free and can benefit all students who are interested in improving their academic performance. In addition, the ERC manages the Freshman and Transfer Resource Advisor Program for the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS).
