For the last six years, Ms. AlAlawi has worked as an Associate in Emerging Markets Partnership (Bahrain) E.C. (EMP), the General Partner and Manager of the Islamic Development Bank Infrastructure Fund. Within EMP, she has been involved in many aspects including marketing, investor relations, investment reviews and administration. She has also worked as an undergraduate finance instructor at the University of Bahrain.

During the Humphrey year, Ms. AlAlawi is looking for training, exchange of knowledge, further understanding and experience sharing in the fields of finance and teaching.

Ms. AlAlawi holds an EMBA from the University of Bahrain.
