For the last three years Ms. Ivanovic has worked as the Head of Treasury in Pro Credit bank. She is responsible for risk management; i.e. liquidity management, foreign exchange risk (open currency position), and interest rate risk. She is a regular member of the Asset and Liability Committee. 1996-2001 Ms. Ivanovic was a Money Market and Foreign Exchange Dealer in the International Department of a state owned bank. Her responsibilities were trading foreign currency with local and foreign banks, and short term investments. Ms. Ivanovic holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in banking from University of Belgrade.

During her Humphrey year Ms. Ivanovic would like to broaden her knowledge on banking and financial management, acquire knowledge on the American financial system and enhance her personal management skills.
