Careers: Entering the Industry

Since its founding in 1981, the School of Hospitality Administration has thoroughly integrated itself into the workings of the hospitality industry in Boston and around the world. The School has enviable access to industry professionals and organizations, and the industry itself has often returned to the School for consultation. Such a strong relationship bodes well for you, especially as you near graduation and begin your job search.

Here's how the School aids students entering the industry. The School of Hospitality Administration's Career Services Office works for undergraduates seeking employment and for graduating seniors preparing to enter the job market. It provides job and résumé counseling, and extensive employment listings for both short-term and permanent positions, from one night catering stints to marketing internships. Every year a variety of hospitality-related companies participate in Corporate Recruiting by visiting our School to recruit qualified students.
