Cost of the Dental Health Plan

Dental coverage may be extended for certain procedures that are still in progress on the date your coverage ends.

The Plan will pay extended benefits for the following services:

  • Crowns and bridgework. If the tooth was prepared while covered, the cementation will be covered.
  • Dentures. If impressions were taken while covered, the insertion will be covered.
  • Root canal therapy. If work on the last canal begins while covered, it will be covered.
