Real Estate Advantage is Boston University's benefit program for those employees and/or their immediate family members who are buying, selling or refinancing their home. The program provides a cash back bonus* of $300 to over $2,000 on the purchase or sale of a property, depending on the property's value; and $300 to $1,000 in mortgage credits depending on the mortgage loan amount.
