If you would like to enroll in the Retirement Plan, please log on to the Retirement Plan Enrollment and follow the instructions provided therein.

You will need an ACS login account and Kerberos password to access the secure web pages. To learn more about setting up your account, please visit the Getting Started section of the Employee Link.

Alternatively, if you wish to enroll in writing, you may print the forms from the Forms/Print Library. Upon request, forms will be mailed directly to you by the Benefits Section of the Office of Human Resources. Completed forms must be returned to the Office of Human Resources at 25 Buick Street. You need only use one method of enrollment - online OR paper - not both.

When you log on, you will be able to:

  • Enroll for the first time
  • Change from one vendor to another if you do not yet have an account
  • Change your contribution amounts

Naming Your Beneficiaries
You will be able to name up to four persons or institutions/trusts as primary beneficiaries of your Retirement Plan accounts. For each person, you will be asked to provide first and last name, date of birth, Social Security number, relationship and percent of benefit he or she is to receive. For trusts, you will be asked to provide the name, date established (trust date), trustee of the trust, and tax ID number. If you wish, you can also name contingent beneficiaries to receive your benefit in case your primary beneficiary(ies) predecease you.

If you are married, you are required by federal law to name your spouse as beneficiary of at least 50% of your Retirement Plan account.

Getting Started
Before you log on, you may want to:

  • Choose your contribution amount
  • Choose Fidelity or TIAA-CREF
  • Select your investment funds
  • Gather the information needed to name your beneficiaries
  • Set aside time to complete the online process
