GRADE 23
Staff the patron services area at the main library circulation
desk. Interpret on-line database records, process materials
for use, and maintain general maintenance of the collection.
Answer inquiries via in-person, telephone and e-mail. Explain
policies and procedures, maintain orderly and accessible research
materials, and assist with special projects. Requires: High
school diploma or equivalent, additional courses, and one
year of experience as a library assistant. This position is
Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday
from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to
6:00 p.m.

- SENIOR STAFF COORDINATOR, DEVELOPMENT AND ALUMNI RELATIONS,
LEADERSHIP GIFTS, GRADE 26
Provide general office support for three International Leadership
Gifts Officers. Serve as point of contact for major prospects
and donors, coordinate travel and track expenses, act as liaison
and work-study supervisor. Assist with fundraising campaign
duties, schedule appointments, maintain calendar, and direct
telephone calls. Requires: proficiency with Microsoft Word
and Excel, knowledge of databases, two years of college or
equivalent, (B.A./B.S. preferred), and three years of related
experience.

- SENIOR ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR, CENTER FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE
AND ORIENTATION PROGRAMS, GRADE 26
Provide administrative support to the admissions, registration
and marketing functions in the center. Respond to inquiries
from applicants by phone or e-mail. Review and enter application
data and enroll students in courses. Provide accurate enrollment
records and assist with the preparation of reports. Requires:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and FileMaker Pro, two years
of college or equivalent, ability to interact and communicate
with a diverse international population, working knowledge
of a foreign language preferred, and three years of related
experience. This position is 40 hours per week.
