Introduction

The Local 2324, United Auto Workers agreement applies to all full-time and regular part-time clerical, technical and service employees (who work at least 26-1/4 hours per week and are not covered by other union contracts) employed at the Charles River Campus, but excluding guards, watchmen, supervisors and professional employees as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, and confidential, temporary, seasonal and casual employees, and student employees.

The Local 888, Service Employees International Union agreement applies to all regular full-time, professional, non-supervisory librarians in the ranks of Librarian I, Librarian II and Librarian III, employed at the Mugar Memorial Library and Libraries of Astronomy, Educational Resources, Chemistry and Science/Engineering at the Charles River Campus, but excluding guards, watchmen, supervisors, other professional employees as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, confidential employees, all technical and clerical employees as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, and temporary, seasonal and casual employees.

The Local 615, Service Employees International Union agreement applies to service and maintenance employees covered at the Charles River Campus and the Medical Campus, but excluding supervisory employees as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, student employees, employees who work less than 16 hours per week, or temporary employees who work less than 45 days and all employees assigned directly to academic departments.

The Boston University Police Patrolmen's Association (BUPPA) agreement applies to all full-time Police Officers and Civilian Dispatchers employed at the Boston University Charles River Campus and Medical Campus, but excluding all other employees: service and maintenance employees, clerical and technical employees, professional employees, sergeants, student employees, and all other supervisory personnel as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

The Boston University Security Officer's Association (BUSOA) agreement applies to all full-time Security Officers employed by Boston University as its Medical Campus, but excluding all other employees: service and maintenance employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, sergeants and all other supervisory personnel as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.
