Introduction

Boston University's performance evaluation program is designed to create a dialogue both verbal and written between supervisors/managers and employees regarding job performance expectations and results. A successfully implemented performance evaluation program will improve communications between supervisor/manager and employees and create alignment of University, Unit and Departmental goals.
