Life Enhancement Seminars

We realize the importance of having a healthy balance between work, family, and personal life. As part of the Work, Health, and Life Series, our life enhancement programs can provide you with great insight and practical methods to establish this balance. This series is offered twice a year.

Online registration for the Spring 2008 season is now available. You can select the training sessions you would like to attend, complete the registration form, and click the "Register now" button. Employees may register for any programs that have not yet been held. You will be contacted by electronic mail to confirm receipt of your registration.

  • All workshops begin promptly at the time stated. Please be courteous and arrive on time.
  • Lunch is provided at the Health Promotion Series seminars.
  • Please notify the Office of Human Resources at 353-3500 or email whl@bu.edu as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a workshop for which you enrolled—preferably at least twenty-four hours before the workshop.
  • If special accommodations are needed, please call 353-3500.
