This session will focus on learning how to conduct research using Google. This hands-on demonstration/presentation will explore some of the facets of Google such as Google Scholar, Google Books, and Google Finance. We'll discuss various search features, how to evaluate sources for reliability, and how to find resources not readily available on the web.

This class complements the session "Power-Searching the Web: Using Specialized Online Databases", but can stand alone. Staff should feel free to sign up for one or both of these classes.
