Researching health care law involves the same process as researching many other areas of the law. You will need to research primary materials such as statutes, case law, and regulations.
Secondary sources are also very useful for health care law research. Journal literature covering legal and medical topics is also helpful, as well as treatises & books.
The library subscribes to a library of products from the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA).These include the Health Law and Business Library and numerous updates, including The Health Law Reporter.
