Computer Services: Student Help Desk

During the academic year the computer lab in Room 316 has on-duty Help Desk staff. The staff can assist law students with printing questions involving both hardware and software. In addition the staff can also troubleshoot wireless and log-in problems.

Wireless configuration assistance is available in room 1770 Monday through Friday from 10am to 2pm.

During hours when the lab is not staffed or for general computer questions law students can contact the Office of Systems & Technology (SysTech) at lawhd@bu.edu or 617 358-5555.
