• IFS - International Financial Statistics [About]
  Approximately 32,000 time series covering more than 200 countries starting in 1948. Includes exchange rates, Fund accounts and the main global and country economic indicators.

1. OECD Economic Surveys from SourceOECD [About]
   Reviews of member countries' economies and select non-member countries. Eighteen surveys issued a year. Solid analysis of developments in subject country, reports on topics of current interest, extensive statistical data.

• U.S. Census
  Provides data in industry, business, trade, transportation, population, and housing. Subject index is helpful in locating specific charts.

  American Fact Finder
  Demographic and economic statistics by county, city, town.

   

  Economic Census
  Use "Industry Statistics Sampler" and "Industry Series" reports for detailed industry information.

  Statistical Abstract of the United States
  The simplest and most authoritative source for Population and Economic statistics.
  The latest copy is also at the Reference Desk.

1. U.S. Census - International Data Base (IDB)
   Statistical tables of demographic and socio-economic data for 228 countries and areas of the world. Contains total population aggregation and summary demographic data. Data includes migration, marital status, literacy, labor force, income, ethnicity. 1950 to present with projections to 2050.
   
   
2. World Bank Databases
   Global Development Finance (GDF) [About] (Works Best with Firefox) : More than 200 debt and financial flows indicators for the 135 countries that report public and publicly guaranteed debt to the WBDRS. Data is from 1970 to 2015, where available.
   World Development Indicators (WDI) [About] (Works Best with Firefox): Includes more than 900 indicators in over 80 tables organized in 6 sections: World View, People, Environment, Economy, States and Markets, and Global Links.
