International students:
- MET AD 501 Business Communication for International Students (four credits)
Prerequisites can be satisfied only by obtaining a B grade or better in the prerequisite courses, or by passing the department’s waiver exams.

MET
AD 501 Business Communications for International Students (four credits)
Waiver Policy
A Waiver Exam is available for MET OM 500 (Mathematics for
Management). Students must take this waiver prior to the start of

or must sign up for MET OM 500 in the first semester. Available in
either online or classroom format.
Exempt Exams
Exempt exams are provided for MET AC 630 (Financial and Managerial
Accounting) and MET FI 631 (Financial Analysis). Students who pass these exams
must replace each exempted exam with a four-credit concentration elective
so as to graduate with the required 48 credits.

Students must maintain an overall grade point average of 3.0 in order
to be in good academic standing and to graduate. Students with a grade
point average of less than 3.0 are on academic probation and must be
in a position to achieve a 3.0 within the 48 required credit hours for
graduation.
