Graduate Frequently Asked QuestionsQ. Am I eligible to apply to a graduate degree
program? The Admissions Committee for each graduate program is composed of representatives of the faculty. The committees evaluate application credentials and make decisions regarding admission to the program. Emphasis is placed upon the applicant’s demonstrated scholastic ability, academic aptitude for graduate study in their selected field, maturity, previous work experience, and career potential. Prerequisite courses or proficiencies must be met prior to acceptance to the following programs:Actuarial Science, Administrative Studies, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, and Telecommunication. These requirements are described under each program’s listing. Evidence of proficiency must accompany the application to the program. If college-level credit courses are not evident, suitable coursework must be completed before formal acceptance into the program is granted. Q. Do I have to take the GRE? |
