
Reporting to the
Executive Director of Institutional Research, the Office of Enrollment Planning and Retention has the following responsibilities:
- Projecting the number of admits and related financial aid offers needed to reach individual undergraduate school and college incoming freshman and transfer numerical and qualitative goals. Developing and maintaining statistical reports which measure progress against these goals.
- Developing and maintaining undergraduate retention and graduation statistics.
- Developing the quantitative responses to the various college guide book surveys (including the common data set), securing the responses to non-quantitative survey questions from the appropriate University Office, and coordinating the timely overall response to these surveys.
- Conducting survey and other research relative to the undergraduate admissions and financial aid processes and the undergraduate student body.
- Developing and maintaining statistical descriptions and projections of the undergraduate student body and related financial aid.
- Supporting all University offices, schools and colleges by providing them with requested enrollment data.
