Andrew B. O’Donnell Named A New England Super Lawyer
Worcester, Massachusetts —October 27, 2009 —Attorney Andrew B. O’Donnell has been named by the publications Boston magazine and Law & Politics to the 2009 list of New England “Super Lawyers.” Andy is one of 15 lawyers from Mirick O’boston Connell named to this prestigious list of top attorneys in New England.
Andy is a partner of the firm, practicing in the areas of tax law and estate and business planning. He is the former chair of the Trusts and Estates Group, and he currently serves as a member of the Management Committee.
He provides estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, business succession planning for business owners and tax advice to individual and business clients in connection with many types of transactions, including business acquisitions and restructurings; venture capital fund formation and structuring; equity compensation strategies; business formations and combinations; formation, qualification and operation of tax-exempt organizations; and tax-exempt bond financings.
