Clery Act
In accordance to the Clery Act, all Part 1 UCR crimes (Criminal Homicide, Sex Offenses, Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Burglary, Motor Vehicle Theft, Arson as well as Hate Crimes and arrests and referrals for Illegal Weapons and Substance Law Violation), will have additional information in the Police Logs. The additional information for these entries are Date/Time Occurred and Disposition of the incident. The disposition is highlighted in bold.
