Internet
Orders
Products available for online purchase contain an add to shopping
cart button (see right).
You
may view your shopping cart at any time by clicking the view
shopping cart button. Follow the on-screen instructions to
change quantities or remove items from your shopping cart. Click
the proceed to checkout button to complete your order.
For
online purchase, a valid Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card must
be used. If you would like to use a different method of payment,
or if you would like to purchase an item that is not currently
available for Internet order, you may submit your order by mail
or fax with a printable order form.

Shipping
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery of your order.
U.S. and Canadian orders are shipped UPS, and international orders
are shipped via U.S. Postal Service or UPS (depending on the weight of the package).
Rush Orders
Overnight and/or special delivery services are available upon
request at your additional expense. Please include any special request with
your order.
Sales
Tax
Massachusetts residents are required to pay a 5% sales tax (5%
of purchase price, shipping not included.) If you are tax exempt,
please include a copy of your tax exempt certificate with your
order.
International
Orders

International orders must be prepaid.

Payment must be in U.S. funds by U.S. bank draft or international
money order, made payable to Boston University.

We
generally ship U.S. Postal Service or UPS. You must notify
us if you want us to use any other delivery service or if
you want us to request a specific brokering service.
- Any VAT and duty charges from your country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.
- PAL
formatted videotapes will be provided as available at your
request for the training technology packages orders.
Bookstore
Orders

Booksellers
receive a 20% discount off the single copy retail price for
books published by the Center (items above $10). Orders are
shipped via UPS.

Books/CDs
may be returned within 180 days of the date of invoice.
Returned books must be in salable condition. Books which
bear the marks of gummed price labels or are soiled, torn,
bent, stained, etc. are not acceptable. Refunds will not
be made until the original invoice is paid and the returned
books are received by the Center. Returns not meeting
the above condition will be sent back to you at your expense.

CDs
with broken seals or evidence of tampering are not
returnable.

There
will be a 20% restocking fee.

Special
arrangements for extending the 180-day period will be
considered when book sales are possible during the next
term. However, we must receive your extension request
within the 180-day period.

Book
Examination Policy for College Instructors
Selected books are available to college instructors for examination.
Complete and sign the order form and return it to us. We will
send you the book on a 60-day approval basis. If the book is adopted
for a college course and an order of 10 or more copies is received,
we will cancel your approval invoice. If the book is not adopted,
you may choose to keep the book and pay on the basis of our invoice,
or you may return it to the Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation.
Sole Distributor
The Publications Division within the Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation operates under the auspices of Boston University and is the sole distributor for books and products published by the Center.
