Below we summarize major goals and strategies for SSW and also list possible initiatives that represent only a few options among many we have discussed to date. Specific action steps have not yet been determined or prioritized. These will be developed in meetings of faculty and administrators over the coming months and will be implemented over the coming several years. Note that a number of our educational, research/scholarly and diversity goals and strategies overlap. To avoid repetition each is listed in the most relevant section. We list goals first, followed by strategies and initiatives for the primary goals (given in bullets).
