Off-Campus Programs
Off-Campus Programs students take all classes as a cohort throughout their time in the program. This sixty-five credit, MSW degree spans eight semesters including two summer sessions. Courses are taken sequentially, one at the time. Classes are compressed into five weeks and are held on Friday nights (6:00-9:00 PM) and Saturday mornings (9:00 AM -12:15 or 1:00 PM). Students complete the entire program at the off-campus site.
The first year in the program focuses on foundation theory courses. During the second year students take foundation methods courses and do the foundation internship. In the third year students take advanced curriculum and do the advanced field internship. Please note that although classes are held on the weekend, field placements occur during the week and students must be available during regular business hours to fulfill their field placement requirements.
