Project Phases

Construction of the Student Village will consist of five phases spanning from January 2007, until May 2008.

Construction of the Foundation: The ground is cleared and the new foundation for the Student Village is laid. Completed.
Site Utilities: Installation of utilities will result in traffic disruptions on Harry Agganis Way and North Connector. Completed.
Steel Frame: Once the foundation is in place, workers will begin erecting the steel structural supports.
Building Exterior: Install exterior panels of terra cotta, metal and glass.
Building Interior: Interior finish work.
