Boston University Departmental Service Contracts
University Computers firmly believes that one of the most important
elements of a successful computer maintenance program is a qualified
service-oriented staff. Our technical service staff was selected
on the basis of their experience, entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm,
the quality of their communication skills, the level of technical
service provided, and their willingness to expand their skills
through
ongoing training and professional development.
We offer service contracts to Boston University departments, to
give them protection against high repair costs. These service contracts
cover all replacement parts and labor associated with hardware repair.
All service contracts come with an annual free cleaning, performed
upon request of the department.

Hours for excluded days.
All equipment no longer covered by manufacturers warranty must
be inspected by University Computers prior to a service contract
being issued. University Computers reserves the right not to offer
a service contract on any equipment due to condition or vintage.
