CSS allows you to maintain consistent formatting across your entire Web site while allowing you the convenience of single-source editing to change your formatting options. Javascript allows you to add behaviors (such as the popular mouse rollover effect) to enhance the look and navigability of your site. You can view a course outline and course materials online. Benefits After completing this class, you will be able to: - set up HTML styles for quick and easy text formatting.
- use in-line CSS styles for special effects on individual pages.
- set up cascading style sheets for advanced text formatting from one centralized style sheet file.
- convert CSS-formatted pages to 3.0 browser-compatible pages.
- create rollover behaviors on graphic elements on your pages.
- use other built-in behaviors included with Dreamweaver and extend Dreamweaver's functionality with the Extensions Manager.
